Curated and art directed from concept to completion all in-game musical instrument art assets for game.
Researched & negotiated 35+ music instrument and brand licenses for inclusion in Rock Band franchise, maintained relationships throughout development and beyond.
Directed team of producers, working to implement schedule, feedback, delivery and approval process/pipelines for game.
Worked with both US and offshore art outsource companies to consistently deliver high quality assets on schedule and budget. Negotiated art outsource contracts.
Researched, negotiated, contracted and cast motion capture actors for game.
