Led the concept, design, build, and launch of the Slayer site redesign with Digital Museum and Collectibles Experience

Worked directly with artist and management to redesign their Slayer.net site with new features, an updated look, better data reporting, plus the addition of a Digital Museum and Collectibles shop.

My responsibilities for this client and project were wide ranging and included:

  • Drove creative with artist/management and designers.

  • Wrote all requirements for product, obtained sign off cross functionally and with artist/management.

  • Worked closely with outsourced developers to ensure quality and on time builds.

  • Built and managed a cross-functional QA process for internal teams and artist/management. Prioritized fixes to ensure a quality launch.

  • Curated collections with internal cross-functional teams and artist/management.

  • Created approval process for artist/management, drove approvals to ensure timely launches.

  • Created and maintained roadmap taking into account developer milestones, Artist milestones, as well as additional content/product launches.

  • Built and drove go-to-market plans for launch of digital experience, including the plan for platform switch.

  • Managed marketing emails and site pop ups for Marketing, created marketing plans.

  • Created and shared data plans on cadence with internal teams and artist/management that included data driven recommendations for increased engagement and revenue.
